Fees, Cancellation, Refunds & Replacements Version: market-2026-11-04-v14 · Effective 3 November 2026 Requirement posting, delivered contact access, historical shared reservations, credits and payment errors. Requirement posting fees Fees may differ by category and subcategory. The exact fee is shown and accepted before a requirement is submitted; it is paid once through direct checkout or deducted from available Flaanko credit, according to your choice. On rejection, the full posting fee becomes Flaanko credit for correction/resubmission or another eligible post. This is a credit adjustment, not a completed monetary refund. No automatic cash refund applies merely because a listing needs correction. If reposting cannot resolve the issue, request a review at contact@flaanko.com. Approved monetary refunds go to the original payment method, with any previously returned unspent credit reversed to prevent duplicate reimbursement. Report an unreviewed or undelivered posting service, duplicate charge or other service failure to support with the requirement ID. Approved monetary remedies remain available where appropriate or legally required; they are not replaced by mandatory store credit. A published listing does not guarantee responses, participants or a successful deal. Lack of responses alone is not a promised-result failure. Limited Access and campaign issues The access fee covers delivery of the described contact opportunity, not brand selection or the advertised campaign payout. A rejected application or unsuccessful pitch alone does not qualify for a refund. Report an invalid contact, a fabricated campaign, an opportunity already closed before purchase, materially incorrect requirements or non-delivery promptly with the purchase reference. Flaanko will investigate and provide the appropriate replacement, credit or payment refund for a confirmed service failure; mandatory rights remain available. Do not pay a campaign organiser additional amounts without independently verifying their identity and agreement. 1. Scope and the service delivered This policy covers paid requirement posting, digital enquiry/contact access and prepaid Flaanko service credit. It does not describe a guaranteed buyer, conversion or profit. Historical broker partnerships and separately scoped website projects retain their accepted payment terms; this policy does not rewrite completed agreements. 2. Normally no refund after contact access Once the agreed contact is released, change of mind, an unsuccessful deal, a customer preferring another provider, a rejected quotation, delays, changed plans, a lower budget, busy / switched-off / temporarily unreachable phone or an unanswered call do not alone establish a false requirement or create an automatic refund. Buyers must make reasonable, professional follow-up attempts at suitable times. Flaanko does not guarantee the customer will answer any particular business or accept its service. 3. Wrong-number replacement If the supplied number is invalid or belongs to someone other than the person who made the published enquiry, use My activity → Wrong contact number? and describe what happened. Preferably report within 48 hours so we can check while the enquiry is current; this preference does not extinguish statutory rights. Flaanko rechecks its verification record and may contact the customer. On a verified wrong-number finding, one replacement allowance is provided as credit equal to that contact price so you can choose another suitable requirement. No duplicate replacement or credit is issued for the same purchase. This is not a promise of conversion. 4. Retired shared requests Shared-group waiting is no longer offered. Historical waiting reservations are released without a charge. Completed historical shared purchases retain the delivered-access rules and original transaction records. 5. Payment errors and service failures Duplicate debit, payment captured without credit, contact access paid for but not delivered, unauthorised charging, a materially misdescribed enquiry or a legally deficient service must be investigated. Depending on the finding and applicable law, the remedy may be restoration of access, correction, replacement credit or monetary refund. A blanket “digital product—no refund under any circumstances” rule does not apply to these failures. 6. Unused credit and accepted monetary refunds There is no self-service cash withdrawal or routine cash refund for unused credit merely because no deal closed. Contact support for mistaken/duplicate recharges, account closure, service discontinuation or another valid unused-credit claim. The claim is reviewed on its facts and applicable law. Approved monetary refunds are sent to the original payment method through the provider; we initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days of approval and communicate the refund reference. Bank/provider posting usually takes a further 5–10 business days and may vary by payment method. A contact replacement credit is not a cash refund. 7. Review and escalation Send account email, purchase ID, relevant dates and a concise account of the issue to contact@flaanko.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month, subject to earlier mandatory requirements. Relevant evidence may be requested without demanding unnecessary personal documents. We explain a declined review; you can reply with additional facts or use available statutory dispute routes. Never submit fabricated claims or harass a customer to obtain evidence. 8. Rights preserved Nothing here excludes non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable Indian law for deficiency, misrepresentation, fraud or unfair trade practices. Liability cannot be avoided merely by labelling a service a digital product. This policy gives no permission to retain payments unlawfully.
