How requirements from user posts, Meta ads and Flaanko forms are verified, listed and shared.

How Flaanko uses your enquiry
Whether you submit through a Meta ad, a Flaanko enquiry form or public paid posting, you provide your requirement voluntarily. Flaanko may call to check the number and stated intention, store your answers and publish a requirement summary without your name or number. Relevant businesses, professionals and creators can pay Flaanko for contact access. Exclusive release goes to one marketplace buyer; historical completed shared releases remain recorded under their original terms. New shared-group waiting is not offered. Limited Access releases immediately to each purchaser up to the configured cap, which may increase when more participants are requested. Buyers, including relevant creators, may call/message about this enquiry.

Accurate information and changes
Provide your own contact details or valid authority, an honest requirement, budget and timeline. Tell Flaanko if the requirement changes or ends. You can request correction, withdrawal or stopping future sharing at contact@flaanko.com. Details already shared cannot be recalled; businesses must use them only for this enquiry.

Your choices and payments
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to hire a business, finalise a property or buy a product. You choose providers independently and check their credentials and terms. The posting fee displayed before submission is charged for a public paid requirement; buyers pay separately for contact access.  For real estate, the brokerage acknowledgement shown in the selected form applies; agree the actual brokerage and service terms with the agent before proceeding. Never pay an unverified person merely because they mention Flaanko.

Privacy and responsible conduct
Do not submit another person’s details without authority or deliberately false enquiries. Buyers must not harass you or reuse your number for unrelated marketing. Contact support to report misuse. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and complaints. These terms do not remove any applicable legal rights.
